Case Log System

Entering a New Case

  1. From any of the case log pages, click Enter new case at the top or bottom of the page.

  2. You will be taken to a blank "Edit Case Log Entry" screen. Fill in the appropriate fields for this new case. Make sure to follow AVDC standards for case log data entry.

  3. If this case is part of your MRCL, fill in the MRCL category field (at the bottom) and the Review Date and Diplomate Intitials. You do not have to enter this information now, and can return later to fill out these forms.

  4. If you are ready to upload an MRCL form, click Attach File at the top of the page.

  5. When finished, click Save Changes.
