AVDC Continuing Education Calendar

Adding a Program or Event

AVDC Diplomates may directly submit information on Veterinary Dental Continuing Education programs.

  1. From the DMS main menu, choose "AVDC Veterinary Dental CE Listings."
  2. At the top of the page, choose "Add New Program."
  3. Fill in the information as fully as possible. For the "Full Details" section, you may copy and paste from Word or another web site's information about the event.
  4. Click "Save Changes" when finished.

Once saved, your program will be immediately visible on the AVDC calendar.

Making Changes to an Event

If you entered an event, you may make changes to the event information, so long as a moderator or the executive secretary has not made any changes to your information.

  1. From the DMS main menu, choose "AVDC Veterinary Dental CE Listings."
  2. Find your event, either by using the calendar, "List All Programs," or one of the other options.
  3. Once you find your event in the list or on the calendar, click on it to view its details.
  4. If you have permission to edit the information, there will an "Edit Program Information" link at the top of the page. Click "Edit" to make changes.
  5. Make any necessary edits to the program information.
  6. Click "Save Changes" when finished.

If you do not have the ability to edit an event you previously created, it may be because you are not logged in to DMS, or because one of the AVDC moderators made changes to the information. In this case, please contact the Executive Director to make any changes in the information.
